I'm a Body-Oriented Therapist in my late thirties, offering one-to-one sessions for adults aged 18+
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the creative industries for many years, travelling and working with people from all different walks of life.
As a therapist I bring the fruits of my own two decade journey of personal discovery and self development, seeking a path towards better physical and mental wellbeing. I've completed a 6 year Body Psychotherapy training in the UK.
In my work as a Body-Oriented Therapist I weave together diverse influences from ancient wisdom traditions and modern neuroscience, including:
Integrative Body Psychotherapy
I aim to work at real depth, helping people to address their problems at a core, existential level.
As many of us are aware, the natural world that supports us, and our human structures are currently facing a tremendous amount of challenge, disruption and change. So often, these outer conflicts / issues / crises. are reflections of
humanity's inner conflicts / issues / crises. The landscapes we create 'out there' in the world are a reflection of how we relate to, and treat, our own inner landscapes. These two processes of inner and outer are inseperable, and I firmly believe that one of the most important contributions each of us can make to our outer world, is to work to bring more awareness, understanding, care and tolerance to our own inner world. In this way we are empowered to transform our ability to bring our whole self to our lives, our loved ones, our workplaces and our communities.
I work with people of all backgrounds and genders. There is currently a real lack of confidential spaces for men to come and explore their problems, and this is something I feel a strong calling to address. I aim to help men to bring together their strength and their vulnerability, their mental focus and their emotional awareness.
Please feel free to get in contact with me by email to arrange an initial consultation, or if you have any futher questions.
